STAMINA project position competition

The “Ştefan S. Nicolau” Institute of Virology organizes a competition for the fixed-term occupation of the following positions within the H2020 project “Demonstration of intelligent decision support for pandemic crisis prediction and management within and across European borders” (acronym STAMINA): Process manager, with specialization in the surveillance and control of communicable diseases; Process manager, specializing in the theoretical and practical training of resident doctors and specialists in laboratory medicine; Process manager, specializing in medical disaster management; Process manager, specializing in virology / microbiology; Process manager, with expertise in medical databases; Process manager, specializing in emergency medicine; Process manager, specializing in IT training; Process manager, specializing in national / international legislation. General requirements: has Romanian citizenship, citizenship of other member states of the European Union or of the states belonging to the European Economic Area and domicile in Romania; knows Romanian, written and spoken; has the minimum age regulated by the legal provisions; has full exercise capacity; has a state of health accordingly to the position for which he is applying; meets the conditions of studies and, as the case may be, of seniority or other specific conditions according to the requirements of the position put up for competition; does not appear with final convictions enlisted within the criminal record. The specific requirements are accessible in the detailed Announcement, posted on the website www.virology.ro and displayed at the institute's headquarters. The competition files are submitted by e-mail to secretar.stiintific@virology.ro or to the Registry of the Institute of Virology "Ştefan S. Nicolau" between 03.08.2020 - 10.08.2020 (inclusive), at 16:00, when the deadline expires file submission limit. The result of the selection of the files is displayed at the headquarters and on the website of the Institute of Virology "Stefan S. Nicolau" on 11.08.2020. Candidates assume the responsibility that the documents submitted in electronic format or the documents included in the printed version, presented for the registration file, correspond to the original documents they hold. The contest will consist of an interview at the headquarters of its institute or online, which will take place on 19.08.2020. A total of 10 cases/files were declared "rejected" for one or more of the following deficiencies:

-does not contain the application for registration, signed by the candidate;

-the quality of member or consultant of an implementation / management team is not proven at least within a research-development / innovation project in the field. Market analysis and study activities are not equivalent to the duties of ensuring access to medical databases.

-there has been no evidence of the publication of articles in scientific publications indexed at national or international level, in the field of medical databases;

-the complete competition file has not been submitted, within the term indicated in the competition organization notice;

-the position for which the application is to be registered has not been specified;

-the candidate does not have (does not prove) citizenship or residence in one of the member states of the European Economic Area.
